Wellness Assessment
I’ll review your existing corporation or LLC to identify governance, recordkeeping, and compliance gaps and develop a practical plan to address them. Your first year of the Corporate Wellness Program and registered-agent service is included. For more information about what the assessment covers, click here.
Step 1: Wellness Assessment
I review your entity’s current structure and records, including its governing documents, ownership and management information, state compliance status, registered-agent and address records, and documentation of key business decisions. I then identify gaps and prepare a remediation plan.
Step 2: Remediation
I prepare the appropriate corrective documents and filings to address the issues identified in the assessment. Depending on your entity and its needs, this may include:
- Preparing missing governance documents, such as bylaws, operating agreements, stock certificates, and written consents;
- Preparing tailored corporate ratification documents or other corrective records, where appropriate;
- Correcting or updating state filings;
- Addressing identified structural or governance concerns; and
- Establishing organized entity records and a maintenance plan going forward.
If the assessment identifies work outside the included scope, I will explain the recommended next steps and provide a separate scope and quote before beginning that work.

Your Corporate Wellness Program
Annual Legal Maintenance for Your Corporation or LLC
After formation—or, for an existing business, after the initial assessment and remediation—the Corporate Wellness Program provides an annual plan for ongoing legal maintenance.
The Program includes registered-agent service, twice-yearly wellness checks, annual entity-record updates and written consents as appropriate, periodic state filings within the program’s scope, a year-end business review, and year-round access for governance questions.
Routine legal maintenance does not become another hourly-billing decision. Significant changes, including ownership or management changes, restructuring, business closure, or out-of-state expansion, are handled separately through Corporate Care Services and are scoped and quoted in advance.
