Meet The Founder
I’m Mallori, a California attorney with nearly a decade of experience in corporate law and business affairs. Over the years, I have managed compliance for thousands of business entities and worked with owners through formation, growth, operational changes, and governance needs.
Through that work, I saw a consistent pattern. A business could be thoughtfully formed, with help from an online service or experienced legal counsel, but the initial work often ended once formation was complete. The business kept moving, while the legal side of the corporation or LLC was left without a clear home.
I created Mallori Rose Law to give small-business owners a practical way to keep legal support in place after formation and help keep the entity’s legal foundation aligned with how the business operates and changes.
I want clients to feel comfortable leaving the legal side of their entity in my hands. That means paying attention as the business changes, making the work understandable, and being there when questions come up. They should know where things stand without having to keep track of it all themselves.
